Course Introduction
In recent years, pour-over coffee has become popular in Hong Kong. Although the equipment may seem simple, slight changes in the flow rate, direction, and temperature of the hot water can significantly affect the outcome.
In this course, the instructor will introduce you to various techniques and knowledge about pour-over coffee from scratch. By the end of the course, you will learn how to brew a perfect cup of coffee yourself! The course is conducted in small classes, allowing the instructor to better attend to each student. You can ask questions at any time, making it suitable for couples, friends, or parent-child pairs!
The course content includes:
Introduction to pour-over coffee tools
Practice using the tools
Practice grinding coffee beans
Demonstration of pour-over coffee
Introduction to different types of coffee beans
Hands-on practice brewing different flavors of coffee (at least two single-origin coffees)
Learning to taste coffee

Each session lasts about 2 hours. Due to the tight schedule, participants are requested to arrive on time.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect 3 hours before the class, the activity will be rescheduled.
