Service Description

Course Introduction: This dessert class primarily teaches students how to make various types of desserts, including but not limited to cakes, cookies, and jellies. We will start with basic dessert-making techniques and gradually teach more advanced skills.

Basic Techniques: First, we will teach students fundamental baking and cooking techniques, including how to measure ingredients accurately, mix components, and use the oven properly.

Practical Exercises: In each class, students will have the opportunity to actively participate and create their own desserts. We will instruct students on how to make different types of desserts while providing individual guidance to ensure that each student masters the skills.

Ingredient Knowledge: We will help students understand the characteristics of various ingredients, such as different types of flour, sugar, and eggs, and share tips on how to choose the most suitable ingredients.

Decoration Techniques: In addition to making desserts, we will also teach decoration techniques, such as how to use cream to decorate cakes or how to create candy decorations.

Nutrition Knowledge: We will guide students on how to make healthier desserts, such as using less sugar or whole wheat flour.
